My sound goes off and i turn the TV off/on it returns briefly then goes again

can be heard.. a few of my guests have complained about it,and it doesn't go away unless i turn tv off for an hour or so.

As has already been submitted, the sound goes sporadically. Once this happens it will tend to carry on happening a minute after switching the power on and off again. Any advice would be great!
The sounds goes after 10 mins
I am having major problem the tv is not lip sync I have retuned and which it of and on several times during the programme very annoying can any one pls help,how I can solve this problem.
Every time the TV is turned off and on again all the channels need retuning.
text stops working after about 20mins only way to get it back is to switch off at the mains plug

Solution 1: update the firmware. latest is 1.0.0c
toshiba provided me with a usb stick with the following firmware files on.
download the zip on below link and extract all files to the root directory of a freshly formatted usb drive. make sure the drive is in FAT32 formatted prior to adding files.

make sure all files are on the root part of the drive and not in a folder. and not in a zip. the image provided in the zip is the instructions to update the firmware.
